Belinda Mulligan Csp

Belinda Mulligan, CSP, has extensive experience in the staffing and project coordination fields, having worked at Tri-Starr Group since February 2008 in various roles including Staffing Assistant, Project Specialist, and Front Office Coordinator. Prior to this, Belinda served as a Budget Coordinator at D.R. Horton Home Builder from February 2005 to January 2008, and gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at xpedx from January 1994 to February 2005. Belinda is a graduate of John Marshall High School.
