David K. Price

David K. Price, P.E. has extensive experience in environmental engineering, particularly in spill prevention control and countermeasures, resource conservation and recovery act, petroleum storage tanks, and environmental evaluations. David K. has authored numerous SPCC plans, manages hazardous waste disposal, and coordinates with regulators on storage tank inspections. With a M.S. in Environmental Engineering, David K. has worked as a Project Manager and Laboratory Instructor before their current role as a Senior Engineer at Tri-State Generation & Transmission.
