Jim Spiers

Jim Spiers has extensive experience in business strategy and research and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Strategy, Research & Development at Tri-State Generation & Transmission since November 2006. Prior to this role, Jim spent over a decade at Gartner from 1995 to 2006 as an Affiliated Analyst/Consultant, where valuable expertise in analysis and consultancy was developed.
