Laura Hofvander is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in creating engaging learning experiences. Currently serving as Senior Instructional Designer at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. since June 2020, Laura has previously held multiple instructional design roles within the same organization and at Elevations Credit Union. Proficient in the ADDIE process, Laura excels in conducting needs analyses, developing training materials, and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, Laura has experience in soft skills course development at Avanoo and has facilitated discussion groups at Carillon Assisted Living. With advanced degrees in Learning Design & Technology and History from the University of Colorado, Laura's educational foundation supports a robust skill set in eLearning design and implementation.
