Pam Rhodes is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Pam managed capital projects in the Transmission and Substation areas at Xcel Energy from March 2005 to June 2013. Pam's career commenced in public service as a State Representative for House District 31 in the Colorado House of Representatives from January 2000 to December 2004. Pam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Bismarck State College.
