Steph Rutherford

Steph Rutherford is a Senior Accountant at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., since October 2016. Prior to this role, Steph held the position of Property Accounting Manager at a company involved in Accounting Manager, Accounting Systems, and Fixed Assets from June 1989 to April 2016. Steph's career began at Western Gas Resources, Inc., where collaboration included supervision of two full-time employees and oversight of accounting for Midstream assets. Additionally, responsibilities included participation in the Oracle Financial software implementation and handling general ledger accounting tasks, including financial statements and variance analysis. Steph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
