Melanie Snyder

Melanie Snyder, LICSW, is a seasoned psychotherapist and founder of Tri-State Psychotherapy Group since December 2022. With extensive experience in various mental health roles, Melanie previously served as Care Navigation Team Lead, Clinical Coordinator, and Behavioral Care Manager at Concert Health from March 2021 to January 2023. From November 2019 to November 2021, Melanie worked as an Outpatient Therapist at Clinical & Support Options, Inc. Other roles include Mental Health Worker at Austen Riggs Center, Psychiatric Clinician at Columbia Memorial Health, Psychiatric Technician at the Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties, Family Intervention Specialist at Youth Villages, and Assistant Program Supervisor and Residential Caseworker at The Key Program, Inc.
