Mel Cole (formerly Ferro)

Mel Cole, a seasoned professional in photography and business analysis, currently serves as a Business Process Analyst at Tria Federal since May 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Mel has been the owner of Cole Collective, a children and family documentary photography company, since January 2013, and previously operated RollinsCole, specializing in NYC and ATX wedding photography from February 2013 to March 2015. Mel's technical expertise includes a role as Technical Writer at Favor TechConsulting, LLC from June 2020 to May 2023, supporting the development team at the Financial Service Center. Prior experience includes property management at Apartment Management Professionals and events coordination at RealManage. Mel holds a degree in Photojournalism from the University of North Texas, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
