Rich Napier

Rich Napier has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Rich started their career at Hays as a Talent Scout in 2017 and later worked as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in the Construction and Property specialism. Rich also served as an Hays Ambassador, recruiting graduates and interns for the company. In 2019, they joined Method Resourcing as a Recruitment Consultant. Additionally, they worked as an Event Organiser for the Round Table Testing Series, organizing events focused on testing and quality assurance leadership. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Consultant at TRIA, a recruitment company they co-founded in 2020.

Rich Napier attended Gryphon Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued A levels. Following that, from 2014 to 2018, they enrolled at Bath Spa University for their undergraduate degree in Business Management.
