Lauren Heimberg currently serves as a Patient Navigator at Triad Adult & Pediatric Medicine, Inc., where responsibilities include assisting patients in navigating health insurance options and providing resources to reduce barriers to healthcare. Previously, Lauren held the position of Director of Advocacy at Farmer's Consulting and served as Patient Care Coordinator II at the North Carolina Community Health Center Association. Additional experience includes leadership roles in the Save the Children Action Network, starting as a Student Representative and later becoming President, along with advocacy work for domestic violence and sexual assault services. Lauren has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and completed an internship at United Way of Greenville County, focusing on donor involvement and grant applications. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Furman University.
