Billi Palmer is a seasoned professional in copywriting, user experience design, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Copywriter at Triad Advertising since November 2021, Billi previously held roles as Program Director and Programs Assistant at Benchmark Senior Living, where responsibilities included developing innovative programs for residents. Prior experience includes positions as Lead Copywriter and User Experience Designer at Fellow, and various roles during time at Ball State University, including Study Coordinator for the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Writing Research Assistant, and Instructor of English Rhetoric & Composition. Billi has also contributed to creative writing education through contracts with the Indiana Writers Center and The Julian Center. Billi holds a Master of Arts in Emerging Media Design & Development and a Master of Arts in English, Writing from Ball State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with concentrations in Writing and Graphic Design from Westfield State University.
