Kristen Allen

Kristen Allen, M.S., is a dedicated professional with experience in client services and health consulting. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Triad Business Bank since February 2023, Kristen previously held the role of Health Pro Consultant at Alight Solutions and worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Kristen also contributed to the COVID-19 Containment Team at UNC Charlotte's Department of Research and Economic Development as a Contact Tracer Intern. Early career experience includes a position as a Team Member at Kirkland's, where Kristen focused on customer service and sales support.
