Mike Kidd

Mike Kidd is the current Investment & Finance Director at Triad Business Bank. Prior to their current position, Mike served as the Director of Corporate Audit Services at NewBridge Bank from November 2006 to April 2016. Mike also worked as the General Auditor at The Fidelity Bank from December 1997 to December 2004 and as the Audit Supervisor at First Citizens Bank from December 1992 to December 1997. More recently, Mike served as the Chief Risk Officer / Chief Audit Executive at HomeTown_Bank from September 2017 to April 2019 before joining Strategic Risk Assoiates as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit & ERM in July 2016. Mike's professional career began in December 1987 when they joined Crestar Bank as an Internal Auditor - GWR and they continued to work there until December 1992.
