Sheila Heen

Sheila Heen has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate education, coaching, and decision-making. Sheila is the founder of the Triad Consulting Group, which specializes in providing assistance for teams dealing with difficult conversations and negotiations. Sheila has also co-authored two books, "Thanks for the Feedback" and "Difficult Conversations," both of which have received recognition. Sheila has held various roles at Harvard Law School, including Professor of Practice and Lecturer on Law. Additionally, Sheila has worked as the Deputy Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project, where they contributed to the development of effective negotiation strategies and conflict management frameworks.

Sheila Heen pursued their higher education starting from 1986 to 1990 at Occidental College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy. Sheila then continued their studies at Harvard Law School from 1990 to 1993, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
