R.J. has spent his entire geotechnical consulting career with Triad. He was attracted to the construction and engineering industry while observing the large scale growth of the Shenandoah Valley. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2006. R.J. was born and raised in Winchester and has been working in Triad’s Winchester office since he was recruited. However, he has performed or assisted with geotechnical and geophysical explorations for each of Triad’s offices over the years.
