Derek Caudle

Derek Caudle, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc., since May 2010, Derek has held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Training Manager, and Corporate HR Trainer. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Training Specialist at National General Insurance from January 2000 to February 2010 and Operations Manager at Office Depot from January 1998 to January 1999. Derek is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Western Carolina University and holds a Bachelor's degree in the same field from High Point University.
