Teresa Smith

Teresa Smith has a diverse range of work experience. Teresa started their career in 1980 as a Merchandising Coordinator at Hanes Knitwear. From there, they worked as a Commercial Print Estimator at Jostens Publishing until 1985. At R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, they served as a Sr. Marketing Operations Department Manager for over two decades, where they led a team and managed various aspects of sales and marketing promotions. In 2009, Teresa became the Marketing Manager at Golding Farms Foods, responsible for directing marketing and PR strategies. Teresa then joined Charter Medical, Ltd. in 2015, taking on a role in marketing and customer service. Currently, Teresa holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc., a role they have been in since July 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in marketing, leadership, and strategic direction.
