Shannon McGinnis

Shannon McGinnis is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Triad Partners since October 2022, Shannon previously held the position of Senior Regulatory Partner at Signal Advisors from April 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that role, Shannon was the Director of Advertising Review at Advisors Excel and also served as the Founder of The Compliance Company. Shannon's career at Advisors Excel began as Director of Compliance from November 2012 to August 2017, and earlier experience includes working as a Suitability Representative at Aviva plc. Shannon holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Texas Christian University.
