Kent Layton

Kent Layton is a Principal Engineer at Triad Semiconductor since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Previously, Kent served as a Member of Technical Staff at ON Semiconductor from May 1999 to March 2023, where responsibilities included system architecture and product definition, particularly in analog systems for multi-chip modules and sensor interfaces from 2016 to 2023. Kent's career began as a Design Engineer at AMI Semiconductor from 1999 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a combined B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed between 1993 and 2007.
