Tony Doy has extensive work experience in the semiconductor and audio engineering industries. Tony is currently the Managing Director of Product Definition at Triad Semiconductor, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Tony worked at Cirrus Logic from January 2017 to April 2022, where they served as a Technology Manager and was part of the Strategy Team. From June 2015 to December 2016, they worked at Sonos, Inc. as the Director of Analog and Power Electrical Engineering. Before that, Tony held various roles at Maxim Integrated from September 2000 to June 2015, including Executive Director of Audio Architecture, Group CTO of the Consumer Solutions Group, and Applications Director of the Multimedia Business Unit. Tony also worked at Euphonix from 1996 to 2000 as a Hardware Engineering Manager, and at dCS from 1991 to 1996 as a Digital Audio Manager. Tony's career began at Solid State Logic in 1988, where they worked as an Analog Electronics Designer until September 1991.
Tony Doy attended the Middlesex University from 1984 to 1988 and obtained a BEng I degree in Electronics. Later, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, earning a 1st Class (Hons.) degree. In 2008, Tony briefly studied at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, although the degree name and field of study are not specified.
