Paul De Pellette

Paul brought a wealth of experience to Triage when he joined the company as chief executive officer in 2019. He had spent the previous 12 years with international human services provider Ingeus, latterly leading its UK-wide employability business. Prior to joining Ingeus, Paul spent 18 years with Glasgow-based social enterprise the Wise Group, initially working in marketing and public affairs before leading on the establishment of employer-led programmes. Paul serves as a trustee for the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), as chair of Employment Support Scotland and as a director of the Scottish Training Federation (STF).
