Izarra Varela Moore

Izarra Varela Moore has been working in the communications and marketing field since 2007. From 2007-2009, they worked as a Legal Document Reviewer for The Law Offices of Dr. Aaron DeShaw. From 2009-2013, they were an Editor at Trial Guides, where they oversaw book production projects and wrote marketing copy. From 2013-2020, they were the Business Manager for The Reembody Method, responsible for marketing, graphic design, social media outreach, events planning, community building/client relationships and long-term company vision. In 2020, they became the Education Program Coordinator at Oregon School of Massage. Most recently, they have been the Communications Manager at Christenson Electric since 2021.

Izarra Varela Moore completed a PCPsych (Hon. MSc) in Psychology from The University of Hong Kong between 2014 and 2015. Izarra Varela also holds a BA in Economics from Reed College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Swim Instructor (Level II) from Portland Parks & Recreation in February 2020, a RCAP, Reembody-Certified Apprentice Practitioner from The Reembody Method in November 2018, and a TEFL-120 from i-to-i TEFL.
