Kim Padilla Walpole has over twenty years of experience in the business industry. Kim began their career in 1996 as a Training Manager for the American Management Association. In 2000, they became the VP of Global Learning Solutions for Trainers Direct. In 2004, they founded and became the CEO of Optimum Training & Consulting, where they focused on improving human capital and providing process improvement to Pharmaceutical and fortune 500 companies. In 2011, they co-founded and became the CEO of Wembli, an easy way for friends to plan, vote and split the cost of going to live events. That same year, they founded The Founder Institute, a four-month business incubator and executive accelerator program for new and seasoned entrepreneurs. In 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Trials.ai, a platform that helps trial sponsors spend $65B every year on clinical trials.
Kim Padilla Walpole attended the Founder Institute in 2011, where they studied Entrepeneurship. Kim is currently enrolled at Trinity College-Hartford, though their degree and field of study are unknown.
