Aaron Bart

Aaron Bart is a Senior Scientist at TRIANA Biomedicines, with a focus on Protein Sciences and Structural Biology since February 2022. Previously, Aaron served as an Associate Scientist and Postdoc Fellow at Merck from August 2020 to February 2022, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Candidate at the University of Michigan from September 2014 to August 2020. The doctoral research centered on cytochrome P450 enzymes, exploring the relationship between their structure and function. Aaron has also gained experience as a Research and Early Development Intern at Genentech, where the work involved structural elucidation of multi-protein/DNA assemblies, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas, focusing on X-ray structure determination of specific enzymes. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas.
