Brianne Pitchford, LEED AP has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Brianne began their career at Erhardt Construction as a Project Manager in 2001 and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager, a role they held until 2015. In 2015, they joined Triangle Associates as a Senior Project Manager and was responsible for managing construction projects. Brianne then progressed through various roles within the company, including Project Development Manager and Director of Project Development. Currently, Brianne serves as the Vice President of Project Development & Marketing at Triangle Associates. Their expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in leading and developing projects in the construction industry.

Brianne Pitchford, LEED AP, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and an Associate's Degree in Building Construction Technology from Ferris State University between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include LEED AP from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in December 2011, LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council in May 2005, and Health Care Construction (HCC) Certificate Workshop from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) in October 2017. Brianne also holds certifications in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) Food Safety, Implementing SQF Systems, and OSHA Process Safety Management- Ammonia Refrigeration. With their diverse educational background and certifications, Brianne Pitchford has developed a strong foundation in construction management and sustainable building practices.
