Erica K. is a Human Resource Generalist at Triangle Credit Union since September 2022, with previous experience as a Recruiter at CARLETON-WILLARD VILLAGE where responsibilities included screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Erica has held roles such as Director of Activities at CCRC and Recreation Director at The Courville Communities, focusing on recreational programming for residents. As an Alzheimer’s Program Director at Life Care Centers of America, Erica managed specialized recreational initiatives.
