Jan-Jaap Sampon

Jan-Jaap Sampon is the owner of Triangle Flex, a company established in August 2020 that specializes in workforce mediation with a strong focus on the manufacturing and process industries. Prior to this role, Jan-Jaap worked as a consultant at The Adecco Group from January 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included recruiting and selecting candidates primarily in the technical and logistics sectors. Jan-Jaap also gained practical experience as a sales consultant intern, focusing on generating new business for SMEs in the Helmond region. Earlier work experience includes positions as a gardener at Jacques Tuinen and various roles in the hospitality sector with Schevelingse inloop and Bonheur Horeca Groep. Jan-Jaap holds an associate degree in Sales and Marketing from Avans University of Applied Sciences and an MBO Level-4 diploma in Hospitality Management from De Rooi Pannen.
