Faruq Ghaffar

Faruq Ghaffar is an experienced operations and plant manager with a demonstrated history in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Triangle Rubber & Plastics since October 2022, Faruq has previously held roles as Plant Manager at Deckorators and Patrick Industries, Inc. from July 2020 to September 2022 and July 2017 to July 2020, respectively. Faruq began a career in pattern design engineering at Tumacs LLC from July 2012 to July 2017 and has also worked in receiving at Keystone RV and as District Manager at The Elkhart Truth. Faruq holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethel College, which was completed between 2013 and 2017.
