Comprised of Care Coordinators, Patient Care Assistants, and Clinical Therapist Interns, the team is dedicated to providing compassionate care, ensuring patient safety, and facilitating access to treatment services. They work collaboratively to assess patient needs, administer therapeutic interventions, and promote a supportive environment that enhances recovery and well-being.
