Patient Care Team

The Patient Care Team at Triangle Springs plays a critical role in supporting individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Comprised of Care Coordinators, Patient Care Assistants, and Clinical Therapist Interns, the team is dedicated to providing compassionate care, ensuring patient safety, and facilitating access to treatment services.
