Chaithanya Sagar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and network systems management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Trianz since May 2022, Chaithanya previously held roles including Technical Lead and Senior System Engineer at TRIANZ HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED from February 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included team management, task assignment, and network device backups. Chaithanya's background also includes significant experience with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VoIP systems. Additionally, early career experience as a System Engineer and Desktop Support Engineer contributed to a solid foundation in technical support and system management.
