Jorge Leonardo Soto

Jorge Leonardo Soto has a comprehensive background in cloud operations and technical support, currently serving as Líder Técnico de operaciones Cloud at Triara since 2016, with previous roles including Supervisor de operaciones Cloud and Ingeniero Sr Cloud. Prior experience includes working as a TI systems analyst at IBM for Cemex, and desktop support technician positions at International Trucks and Macro Servicios, where support was provided to clients such as Banco Ixe and Grupo Alfa Corporativo. Earlier in their career, Jorge held an internship at Banregio, delivering desktop support to senior management. Jorge holds a degree in Ingeniero Administrador de Sistemas from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, obtained in 2014.
