Shane Deville

Shane Deville, MBA/LEED AP, is an accomplished construction industry leader with extensive experience in managing and executing commercial projects. As the President and CEO of TriArc Construction, LLC since May 2014, Shane has focused on creating and implementing effective business strategies to enhance revenue and profitability. Previously, Shane served as Project Executive at Yates Construction from April 1998 to May 2014, overseeing projects from inception to completion. Additionally, Shane held the role of Project Manager and Estimator at CDI Contractors, LLC, where responsibilities included evaluating project plans and supporting the bidding process. Shane holds an MBA in Finance from Webster University and completed both a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Construction Engineering and Land Surveying at Louisiana Tech University.
