Tuukka Smolander

Tuukka Smolander is a seasoned consultant and coach specializing in lean and agile principles, currently serving as a Principal Consultant and Partner at Triari since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tuukka held the position of Head of Customer Success at Swarmia and worked as a Principal Consultant and Agile Coach at Tieto, focusing on omnichannel commerce for top Nordic companies. Tuukka's extensive experience also includes significant leadership roles at ALSO Group, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Vice President of E-Commerce to Head of Product Development, contributing to the success of advanced digital sales strategies across Europe. Tuukka's earlier career includes technical project management at Elisa and various engineering roles, including NOC Engineer at Saunalahti Group Oyj and Junior Technical Services Engineer at SSH Communications Security. Tuukka has also pursued education at Aalto University and the University of Oxford.
