Roisin MacCarthy

Roisin MacCarthy is an experienced professional in the field of sports and exercise psychology, currently serving as the National Events Co-Ordinator, International Age Group Manager, National Anti-Doping Officer, Project Executive, and Membership Executive at Triathlon Ireland since February 2019. Previously, Roisin co-founded Aspiring Excellence, a sports psychology service provider in Cork, from March 2018 to January 2020. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Sports Community Coach with Cork Sports Partnership and NGBs, and working as a Physical Activity Instructor at a primary school. Roisin holds a Diploma in Sports Law from the Law Society of Ireland and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Waterford Institute of Technology, among other educational qualifications.
