Christoph Waser

Christoph Waser is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operational management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Fitness Instructor at TRIB3 since April 2024 and as the Founder of Waser Consultancy since July 2022, Christoph specializes in pre-opening, concept development, project management, and interim management. Previously, Christoph held roles such as Regional Manager at Urban Gym Group and Head of Pre-openings at Zoku, where responsibilities included setting up new properties in international cities and talent acquisition. With a strong background in room management from positions at W Hotels and Le Meridien, Christoph has been instrumental in leading teams and cultivating organizational culture, supported by a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments from Cornell University. Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Christoph continues to demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence within the hospitality industry.
