Omar Kamal

Omar Kamal is Chief Data Scientist at Tribal Credit, where he builds data science products and mines for insights that optimize business operations using machine learning and AI. Omar has more than 20 years of experience working at Mentor Graphics, IBM, Lucent Technologies and HP in software engineering, quality management and operations management. As a lecturer, trainer and consultant in Operations Management and Data Analytics, Omar trained more than 250 engineers, managers and students. He is a Black-Belt Six Sigma professional and a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) from the American Society of Quality. He holds an MBA from City University of Seattle, and a BS in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from Cairo University.
