Lorraine Gaddie

Lorraine Gaddie has extensive experience in the field of professional services and system management, currently serving as a Delivery Lead (HE) at Tribal Group since November 2021, where previous roles included Senior and Professional Services Consultant. Prior to this, Lorraine was with Edinburgh Napier University for two decades, holding the position focused on systems and student records. Responsibilities included managing systems related to student records, timetabling, and customer relationship management, while also enhancing service delivery through the effective use of functionalities in SITS, Syllabus Plus, and CRM systems.
