Nicola Morris possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as Project Director for the Isle of Man Department for Education and Associate Consultant for Anthony Millard Consulting since September 2016, Nicola has played pivotal roles in quality assurance and strategic development. Previous positions include Assistant Director at Nord Anglia Education, Headteacher roles in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire County Councils, and an early years lecturer at Bath Spa University. With a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Bath Spa University and an NPQH from the National College for School Leadership, Nicola specializes in educational improvement, quality assurance, and leadership development across diverse educational settings.
