Joseph Castro

A dynamic sales leader, Mr. Castro leverages his strategic and technical insights to drive Tribalco’s business initiatives, optimize its sales processes, and expand its global footprint into new markets and geographies.

Mr. Castro has been with Tribalco since 2008. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Operations, Mr. Castro oversees the company’s business development and operations teams across the globe. His leadership style and industry expertise have enriched Tribalco’s quality of service and enhanced the company’s ability to integrate new technologies and adapt to rapidly changing customer landscapes.

Mr. Castro has over 20 years of experience in the defense and government services marketplaces. He has served as Asia-Pac Territory Manager at Apptis and was a Professional Services Manager at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Castro received a BBA in management information systems from the University of Hawaii.
