Apolo Ohno

Apolo Ohno is an accomplished investor at Tribe Capital since January 2021 and has had a longstanding career as a motivational speaker and high-performance workshop facilitator, focusing on unlocking individual potential. Ohno is a three-time Winter Olympic athlete and holder of eight Winter Olympic medals with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since December 2001. In addition, Ohno serves as an ambassador for LA 2028 and engages in various broadcasting roles with NBC Sports Group and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, including hosting multiple Olympic events and the show "Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge." As a global ambassador for the Special Olympics, Ohno promotes inclusivity and excellence. With educational credentials from The Wharton School and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Ohno has also contributed as a board member of the President's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders between 2011 and 2019.
