Justin Kathan

Justin Kathan is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in building innovative solutions for various industries. As CEO of RÀ since January 2018, Kathan has focused on creating sustainable living spaces that enhance human life while respecting the balance of nature. In addition, Kathan serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Tribe Capital and previously co-founded Joist, a leading contractor management tool, where Kathan held the position of CEO from January 2013 to December 2017. Under Kathan's leadership, Joist became the top platform for contractors globally, facilitating significant transaction volumes. Kathan also demonstrated a commitment to fostering entrepreneurship as President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization - Manitoba from September 2009 to March 2011. Kathan holds a degree from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2012.
