Sai Medavaka has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Medical scribe at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, where they transcribed patient charts and shadowed ER physicians. They then worked as a Post Anesthesia Care Unit Assistant at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, handling patient discharge and transport, restocking medical supplies, and assisting nurses with stabilizing patients. Sai also had various roles at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, including being part of the Psychology Honors Academy and conducting research on intermittent fasting and its effects on obesity. They also worked as a private tutor, teaching various subjects and providing academic support to students. Sai volunteered as a Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe at the Mobile Medical Clinic, providing free medical treatment to underserved populations in Missouri. They also worked as a private tutor at Fusion Academy - Mission Viejo. In the esports industry, Sai served as Head Coach and Manager for Tribe Gaming's Brawl Stars team, as well as an Esports Captain. They also competed as an Esports Athlete for Omen Elite and Nova Esports.

Sai Medavaka attended Parkway South Middle School from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Middle School Diploma. They then went on to Parkway South High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2019. In the same year, Sai Medavaka enrolled at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. They are expected to complete their undergraduate education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Sai Medavaka also acquired two certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the "IRB Social Behavioral Student - Human Research" certification from the CITI Program. In July 2021, Sai Medavaka obtained the "Working with Rats in Research Settings" certification, also from the CITI Program.
