Dylan Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dylan started their career in 2007 as an Instructor in the School of Kinesiology at York University, where they specialized in providing First Aid training for Athletic Injuries and certifying students in CPR/First Aid and AED use. In 2008, Dylan transitioned into a Sales Representative role at DJO, where they supported the distributor for DJO Global in the Greater Toronto Area, providing sales and support for orthopedic products. In 2010, they joined Tribe Medical Group as a Surgical Territory Business Manager, responsible for sales and service of surgical instruments and implants in the Greater Toronto Area. Dylan later became an Assistant Director of Sales, working alongside the Regional Director of Sales and Tribe Medical Senior Leadership Team to ensure the growth and success of Arthrex products. Currently, Dylan holds the position of Vice President - Performance Coaching at Tribe Medical Group, where they oversee the coaching and development of Surgical Technology Consultants and Specialists.
Dylan Bailey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they also earned a certification as a Certified Athletic Therapist from the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association.
