Andrew Hocking

Andrew Hocking is a senior payments leader who is the Chief Executive Officer of Tribe Payments, a role they have held since 2024. They previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Tribe Payments (2023–2024) and at Network International (2017–2021), and led Pay.com as Chief Executive Officer (2021–2022). Earlier in their career, they worked as a retail analyst at West Bromwich Building Society (1997–1998) and as a senior market analyst at Nelson Thornes (1998–2002), before joining Barclaycard (2007–2009) in multiple strategy-focused roles. They also served as Head of Strategy, Planning and Integration at Absa Card (2009–2011) and as Director of Strategic Planning at Elavon (2011–2013). They earned an MBA from the University of Warwick (Warwick Business School) in 2010 and a BscEcon, Economics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, in 1997.
