Vytautas M. has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2002 to 2019. Vytautas began their career at Inida as a Full Stack Web Developer and Hardware & Software Technician, where they were responsible for diagnosing and fixing PC malfunctions, creating and supporting the company's main website, and automating the PC pre-testing and pre-installation process.

Vytautas then joined Elektroninės Informacijos Centras as a Full Stack Web Developer and UX Designer, where they created web solutions, including website design and back-end implementation. During their time there, they created approximately 10 websites in less than a year of non-full-time employment.

Vytautas then joined Alna Software as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects, including being the lead developer and coordinator for the Deutsche Bank project. Vytautas also worked on the Lithuanian Labour Exchange portal, which included functions such as CMS, CRM, and ERP. Vytautas received excellent feedback from their co-workers, partners, and customers during their time at Alna Software.

Vytautas later worked at Optimalūs projektai as a Senior Software Engineer, Business Analyst, QA, and Project Manager. Vytautas was responsible for project managing, analyzing, and QA for the custom ERP system for "Kalba. Lt," the largest language school in Lithuania. Vytautas also worked on the development of the first web-based accounting system in Lithuania, TSM.

Vytautas then joined UGSPay Baltic as the Lead of Team Leaders / Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they led the senior development team, made architectural decisions, and coordinated cross-project activities. Vytautas'sresponsibilities also included requirement gathering, analysis, and leading a team of team leaders. Technologies used in this role included PHP, Zend, MySql, HTML/CSS/JS, and node.

After this role, they joined Finansinės Technologijos as the Chief Technology Officer. Vytautas held this position from March 2017 to January 2019.

Currently, Vytautas is serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tribe Payments, where they have been since January 2019.

Vytautas M. has a diverse education history. Vytautas began their academic pursuits in 1999 at Kaunas University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2003. Following this, from 2000 to 2003, Vytautas attended the Division General Stasys Raštikis Lithuanian Armed Forces NCO School, earning the status of Lieutenant and Infantry Commanding Officer. Vytautas then returned to Kaunas University of Technology and completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2005.
