Mike Wilkes is an experienced executive currently serving as the Head of Operations at Tribe Tech Group since January 2024, focusing on transitioning R&D into commercial products and optimizing manufacturing processes. With a longstanding tenure at NoGoZone Pty Ltd as Director since December 2013, Mike has also held various director positions at M Group Co Pty Ltd, Civil 2 Resources Pty Ltd, Man Group People Pty Ltd, and Drillman Global. Previous financial oversight roles include Financial Controller at HOSE SUPPLIERS AUSTRALIA and Hose and Duct Australia Pty Ltd, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Oil Baron Supply. Mike holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
