Ryan Boland

Ryan Boland is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and investment management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Element USA Minerals since April 2022, Boland also holds the position of Board Observer at Firefly Aerospace and Partner at Tribeca Early Stage Partners. Additionally, Boland has been the Chief Executive Officer of the D'Addario Family Office since December 2016. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at J.P. Morgan from July 2005 to December 2016, culminating in the role of Executive Director within the Private Bank. Boland earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University between 2001 and 2005.
