Dr. Cheng Zhu is an accomplished CEO, Innovation Leadership Consultant, and Executive Coach at Humor Leadership Consulting since 2014, specializing in enhancing C-level executive effectiveness through creativity and humor. Dr. Zhu offers AI-enabled coaching apps and innovative machine learning tools to scale leadership coaching and promote corporate well-being, while also facilitating organizational transformation through comprehensive assessments and experiential learning interventions. As a Disruptor Foundation Fellow at Tribeca Enterprises, Dr. Zhu aids leaders in developing innovative organizational cultures and adaptive growth strategies using the disruptive innovation framework by Clayton Christensen.
