Dylan Grassl

Dylan Grassl is an experienced events and programming professional with a strong background in the film industry. Currently serving as Events Lead at YONDR since May 2024, Dylan previously held multiple roles at the Tribeca Film Festival, culminating in a position as Senior Associate Programmer. Responsibilities included reviewing film submissions, moderating Q&A sessions, and managing relationships with film teams. Dylan has also worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as a Project Coordinator and held various positions in artist relations and ticketing at organizations such as Film at Lincoln Center and Sundance Institute. Additionally, Dylan gained experience in project management, box office operations, and social media marketing throughout a diverse career. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from DePaul University.
